Refund policy
Our policy is valid for 30 days. We understand that purchasing personal items online can be challenging, so all orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days for a full refund with proof of purchase. Please note that damages caused by normal use are not eligible for exchange. Most unused ManiLight items in their original packaging may be returned. Return shipping costs are not included, and the original shipping fee and any additional service charges (such as gift wrapping) are non-refundable.
If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
Once we receive the returned item and confirm it is in stock, you will receive a refund or replacement.
Please note that items exchanged cannot be refunded. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Free items from promotional offers are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returned items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
Return labels are provided only for defective items within the policy period.
Return shipping costs vary depending on the product weight, your location, and the courier service selected.
