This strand of green glass Mani beads features a distinctive barrel-shaped form with a finely granulated surface texture. Each bead measures approximately 10 mm in diameter and is shaped to achieve a balanced, tactile profile suitable for consistent visual rhythm across the strand.
The beads are handcrafted using traditional glass bead–making techniques practiced in the Himalayan region. Manganese-tinted glass is worked at high temperature to develop its characteristic green tone and surface texture, then shaped with hand tools to achieve uniform contours and proportion.
The finished beads display subtle variations in translucency, texture, and form, reflecting the handmade process. As a whole, the strand presents a cohesive visual character defined by material depth, surface detail, and traditional craftsmanship.
